We stand behind Crowned® with a 90-day money-back guarantee. This policy explains how it works and how to request a refund.

90-day money-back guarantee

Try Crowned® for a full 90 days from your original order date. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within that window and we will refund your purchase — no questions asked, and even if the bottles are empty. You do not need to return any product to receive your refund unless our support team asks you to for a specific reason.

How to request a refund

• Contact our support team by email, phone, or through the Customer Support page below within 90 days of your original order date.
• Provide your order number or the email/name used at checkout so we can locate your purchase.
• We'll confirm your refund and process it back to your original payment method.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Subscription orders

If you're on a subscription, requesting a refund does not automatically cancel future shipments. Let our support team know if you'd like your subscription cancelled at the same time — we're happy to take care of both in one request. You can also pause, skip, or cancel your subscription yourself at any time from your account, with no phone calls required.

Multi-bottle packages

The guarantee covers the full package you purchased (including our 2- and 3-bottle bundles), not just a single bottle. Because visible results build over a full follicle cycle, we recommend giving the product the full 90 days before deciding.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Orders purchased elsewhere

Crowned® is not sold on Amazon, eBay, or other third-party marketplaces. If you purchased a product claiming to be Crowned® from one of these platforms, this guarantee does not apply, and we cannot verify the authenticity of that product. Please purchase directly through our official checkout to be covered by this policy.
